This was an old horse barn that a previous contractor has saved from collapse several years back.  It was leaning and sagging and at the time the money was not there to straighten it out, so it was extensively braced on the inside.  It was sured up and was a well functioning horse barn until the owners got two more horses.  With the need for new space, an addition was requested and we built a timber frame structure to match the existing barn at the request of the owner.  The barn, which was out of plumb and level, created some challenges with regard to mating a new roof into the old one, as you will see in a some of the pictures, but the end result is water tight and is serving the new equine residents well.
