The Tunbridge Estate

This multi-phase project focused on improving functionality and energy efficiency in a 14-year-old home. After upgrading the exterior with insulation, new windows and a sealed roof, we remodeled the kitchen into a chef’s dream and built a garage with a guest apartment above. The final touch was a roof deck with stunning orchard views, perfect for entertaining.
